Aarda provides you with a wide range of possible objectives to best enhance your storyline, presented as challenges for your users.
Most of these objectives are related to conversations with the characters in the world, and the objective "Visit Location" aims to infuse a bit of exploration.
Now, let's take a look at these objectives one by one.

For this objective, your player simply has to go to a specific scene. It's a perfect choice to offer your player exploration phases, to make them move from one place to another, and to use the chapter start and end pop-ups to tell your story without necessarily going through a conversation.

By choosing this objective, your user will simply need to speak with a character, without any other condition than talking, with a minimum number of required interactions for the objective to be validated. We advise you to set this condition with a minimum of 3 interactions, so that the conversation is not too short.

In this conversation, your player will have to influence the emotions of the character they are interacting with. This revolves around 4 well-defined axes:
This objective aims to force your user to mention a particular concept during the conversation. Configure: Trigger Phrases (write several circumlocutions that evoke the idea), Required Similarity (set the AI's tolerance threshold), and Minimum Mentions (how many times the player must evoke the theme).

The "Hear About" objective works in the opposite direction of "Discuss Topic." This time, the goal is to make the other person say something specific. Configure it using Trigger Phrases and Required Similarity to define what the character must mention.
To properly set this objective, you will need to provide a set of Trigger Phrases that closely resemble the idea that the concerned character should express.
In the illustrated case, we expect King Lelièvre to tell the main character, in essence, that he is no longer a knight, but just a simple collector.
WARNING: The "Hear About" objective is still in the experimental stage and faces the unpredictability inherent to the nature of LLMs. We encourage you to use this objective sparingly and to ensure that it is not made too complex.
Also, make sure to properly accompany this objective with sufficient Director’s Notes, allowing for the smooth conduction of the conversation, as explained on the "Create The Perfect Chapter" page.
